Susan Point - Art Gallery Tour

Monday, April 3, 2017 students will be going on a field trip to the Vancouver Art Gallery. We will be leaving the school at 9:00 am and returning at noon. Students will be able to eat lunch once we return to school.

Wednesday, March 15

On Wednesday, March 15th the Grade 4's will be going to Grouse Mountain to take part in the Hiwus First Nations Cultural Program. This program included a guided snowshoe walk in the woods followed by lunch in a traditional Hiwus feasthouse. A Squamish First Nations elder will then share traditional ways of life through song, dance, legends and crafts.

We will be leaving VTT at around 8:45am and returning in time for regular dismissal. Please ensure that your child has the following:

-warm coat and snow pants
-hat, gloves/mittens, scarf
-sweater or fleece (layers are recommended)
-boots suitable for snow
-warm socks (extra pair too)
-backpack
-snacks and lunch
-filled water bottle
-chapstick/sunscreen (optional)
